Since I can't tell you from personal experience as I am asleep, I have to rely on a third party. I'm told that I don't snore any more when I use this product. I don't know why it works but it sure seems to.Product Review: Never received the item

Never received the item, I sent an e-mail to the company, they said they will check with the post office and contact me back, it's been over a week since that e-mail and still have no product and no answer.
