I've suffered low, middle, and upper back pain for several years now and ShouldersBack saved me! The books that I'd read about back pain all mentioned poor posture as a possible source. I've spent all my life hunched over a piano, and the last 12 years hunched over a computer. Bingo! I Googled "how to correct posture" and found ShouldersBack. I ordered it immediately and it arrived within a week. The day that it was delivered, I was having terrible spasms all over my back, neck, and shoulders. I put it on and the relief was instant. I've worn it everyday since and I've not had any pain in my back, neck, or shoulders. My only regret is that I didn't find it earlier!!!
