I purchased the Merkur safety razor set along with a badger brush and shaving soap bowl, shaving soap came with it.. I get a really great shave now instead of using the foam out of a can and a disposable razor. This is my first wet shave kit and I am very happy with it.The merkur safety razor is very good and solid. I tried the col conk shaving soap and I had a body shop shaving cream for men , the shaving cream gave me a distinctly better shave.
