I don't like the fact that you're not able to tilt the head back far enough and my clients found it uncomfortable. It's too bad. Maybe the neck grove should be deeper. Some waterproof rubbering for more comfort around the neck groove would also be good. Has anyone found a shampoo tray that tilts the head back more and that's comfortable? Let me know. Thanks.
