I, too, have had some problems with shipping Seventh Generation items from Amazon. The problem is, I think, they are not packed with care. I ordered from a smaller company (www.thegreatergreen.com) and they taped the caps and put each bottle in a plastic bag that was tied, then filled the box with foam peanuts so that the bottles didn't shake around. No problems there. Maybe if Amazon just took a little more time with packing their boxes....Product Review: Shipping Problem

I would like to order more Seventh Generation products, but they have problem shipping the bottles - last time I've got the all purpose cleaners and almost 3 bottles were spilled out - causing the packages to be all soaked in wet.
The hassle of return caused me to hesitate and ultimately I did not return them. Meanwhile, the shipping problem has caused me to hesitate to purchase again as well.

Seventh Generation Toilet Bowl Cleaner / B000V212VS
I really like this cleaner. I feel that it works just as well as the commercial cleaners, and I prefer not having to smell the strong chemicals that the commercial cleaners use. I've recently switched over to Seventh Generation products, and this has the high quality that I've come to expect from them - efficient, natural, non-allergenic, and without harsh or overpowering fragrances. I recommend it highly.

Product Review: Works well, earth-friendly

I bought this cleaner because it is earth-friendly, and I wasn't a fan of the bleach-y or harsh smell of most toilt bowl cleaning products. I wasn't really sure how well this one would work, but it actually works very well. The first time I used this product was on a bowl with several months' worth of hard water deposits, and it worked like a charm. I did let it sit for a little while this particular time, which might have helped, but I don't normally do that with my regular cleaning routine of about once a week. It's been working great, and I have no complaints.
I am happy that I can have a clean toilet bowl without all the harsh smells and environmental unfriendliness that comes with many other such cleaners. I will note that the product is clear, so it can be hard to see where you've put it, but I don't find it that big of a deal--just go once around the bowl, and you're probably good, and once you start brushing it really doesn't matter. It might be slightly more liquid-y than other cleaners, but it's been so long since I've used them that I can't remember (but I don't see a problem with it in either case).
All things considered, I recommend this product as an effective, "green" cleaner.
