Product Review: Great for people with allergies

Almost all the reviews are focusing on the fact that this product is good for the environment, but I would like to point out something a little different. My wife developed an allergy to the chemicals used in normal fabric softners such as Downy and Snuggle. We tried different brands, scents and even the "free" versions of sheets. Nothing was working for her allergy. We finally gave up on fabric softner and I resigned myself to scratchy cloths.
Then here mother gave us a couple of Seventh Generation's competitors' products. They worked well and it was better than no fabric softner. We were just about out so I started searching the internet for what to get and found out about SG products. After looking locally and not finding any at several gracery and retail stores I decided to order online and took a big chance with amazon.com having to order an entire case at a time.
I pleased to report though that my wife has no problems with this product and is actually quite pleased with its performace as compared to the big names. The subscribe and save feature makes this a pretty good deal as well. The local Kroger started carrying the SG line of products, but if I am willing to buy a case, amazon.com is the way to go. I hope maybe this review will at least help someone else that is stuck like my wife and I with an allergy problem.

My daughter has highly sensitive skin and gets rashes very easy. I had been going without fabric softner because of all the dyes and perfumes. If she didn't have a rash, then she had a runny nose! This fabric softner works great and doesn't bother her at all. It's nice to have softer clothes again. The only down-side is that with natural fragrance, it doesn't stick to the clothes as long. But at least I am not worried about toxic perfumes and chemicals in our clothes! Plus it's better for the environment. Also, buying from Amazon makes it affordable so I can keep using this great product!Product Review: Great product

As others have said, the eucalyptus smell does not perceptibly stay in the clothes - whether you use a dryer or hang clothes out to try (I've tried it both ways). However it does a great job and I no longer have to user dryer sheets when drying the clothes. Highly recommend it.Product Review: Great product - terrible shipping

I LOVE the smell of this product but EVERY time it comes its leaking. Its the fault of amazon - as the original box is clearly labelled "This End Up" but amazon re-packaged it in a bigger box, laying on its side! I've gotten it three times and each time it had leaked all over. I have been using this product for about 7 months now and like it. It softens my clothes and best of all, it does not clog the softener drain on my washing machine like Downy did. It does not leave the exact same softness as Downy did, but this is helping to save the environment, so I'm a buyer for life now.
