Product Reviews of Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Training Pants, 2T-3T, (26-34 Lbs), 29 Count (Pack of 4)Product Review: Didn't work for our daughter Summary: 2 Stars
I was gung-ho and ready to switch from Pampers Easy Ups Training Pants to these Seventh Generation Training Pants. I wanted to switch from Pampers as I wanted a more environmentally friendly nighttime diaper. I couldn't find Earth's Best for nighttime, so I settled on Seventh Generation. I was hoping for the best as our previous tries at eco-friendly disposable diapers didn't do so well. Although we mainly used BumGenius 3.0 diapers before potty training. When my I told my wife I purchased some eco-friendly diapers, she said not again. I told her reviews on these diapers were great and she begrudgingly agreed to try it. The first negative is when we first put it on our daughter, my wife said that it didn't seem to fit as well as the Pampers. The second negative and biggest one, after using these diapers exclusively on our almost 2 ½ year old for over a month, the diaper has leaked probably over a half dozen times with the most recent one being today. Our daughter doesn't always go in her diaper as she will sometimes wake us up when she needs to use the potty at night. When we were using the Pampers, there were no accidents, although when we first started potty training, she hardly went in her diapers and always went on the potty. Overall, I wanted these to be different than the previous ones we used, but looks like we'll be switching back to Pampers. Maybe it's just how the diapers fit on our daughter who probably weights about 26-27 lbs. I'm not sure. I would have normally given this product one star since it fails at its main purpose, but gave it an additional star as I really do like the fact that they are not bleached and are more environmentally friendly than Pampers. I just wished they would have worked for our daughter.
Product Review: Excellent alternative to the major brands Summary: 4 Stars
These pull ups have worked great for us. We have not had any allergic reactions like we did with the other major brands we had tried. These training pants feel wet when they are wet and will hopefully make our potty training successful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was we had one incident where the pull up leaked, but it was on a long car ride and probably should have been changed at some point.
Product Review: Excellent product! Summary: 5 Stars
My daughter can pull these off herself as she's learning to use the potty. When she needs help, I can tear the sides (she can't) for easier egress & cleanup. No leak issues.
Product Review: Fits smaller baby well - good absorbancy Summary: 5 Stars
7th Gen 2T Trainers fit my Little Girl well...she's only 21 lbs and just starting potty training. No rashes - we've used the diapers also, but like the trainers better! These are "less bulky" between her legs and fit nicer under her pants vs. other brands. She had room to poop - no leaks - and they tear off/open on the sides easily - which is nice when there's a load inside ! LOL ! I found the Earth's Best are a little bit more diaper to them - slightly more bulk. Which is probably fine for a bigger kid or overnight! I was surprised to see a comment stating the 7th genrs ran big, as they fit my smaller toddler well! Good Choice for those wanting NON-Chlorine! It really does make a difference on their skin!
Product Review: Good for your toddler....Good for the environment Summary: 5 Stars
Love these pull ups. They dont have all those chemicals in them, they learn how to pull pull ups up and down. They also seem to hold "very well" never had a leaking issue and I dont even need to change them that often. They are awesome!!!
