Product Reviews of Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Diapers, Stage 5 27+ lbs. 104 per case 1 caseProduct Review: Great for Your Little One's Sensitive Skin Summary: 5 Stars
My son (now 2) has always had sensitive skin, which makes him prone to diaper rash. We kept trying different creams (Aquaphor, Triple Paste, etc.), which were helpful treating the symptoms of the rash. When we asked our pediatrician how to prevent diaper rash to begin with, she suggested we try these diapers. As a last resort, she said, she'd recommend we go to cloth diapers. Since he's been using Seventh Generation diapers, he's hardly had any diaper rash at all. The diapers have a good amount of stretch to them, and wide tape, so they're easy to use and seem comfortable for my son. From an environmental perspective, I'm also glad I'm not adding chemicals like chlorine to our local landfill.
Product Review: Great fragrance-free diapers Summary: 4 Stars
We really like these diapers, especially for the fact that they're fragrance-free, and aren't made using chlorine -- do you really want that stuff in a moist environment next to your baby's skin 24 hours a day? Four stars instead of five because on rare occasions the absorbent material inside the diaper, the gel-like stuff, sticks to the skin. But that's usually after a long night's sleep and a very full diaper -- the thing has simply reached its capacity.
Stretchy yet firmly holding clasps. The diapers seem comfortable in fit and don't have problems with leaks.
Product Review: Great natural diapers Summary: 5 Stars
The very fact that these diapers are a more natural color rather than white immediately tells you they're not your average disposable. The gathering at the back end of these has stopped my baby from blowing up the back of the diaper and out onto her clothes with poop. This is certainly worth a few more bucks, but with the subscription savings on these diapers they are more affordable. We go through about a shipment of these every month, so $28 a month isn't bad. On top of the containment issue, there is something that I'm not fond of about these, and that is the little pieces of absorption material that stick to baby when wet. I have found this to be a problem with EVERY disposable diaper though.
One other thing, these are rated for babies over 27 pounds. My baby is only 24 pounds and they work fine. They're probably a little loose around the leg openings, but still work great.
Product Review: Great product!! Summary: 5 Stars
My son was having reactions to other diapers. Within hours his skin started to look better w/no irratation. No nightime leaks either! Would highly recommend to everyone w/ sensitive skin issues, that want a "safer" product and more enviromentally friendly.
Product Review: Happy Summary: 5 Stars
I have been using these diapers for at least two years, They consistantly do the job, we have tried many of the well known diaper brands and have found that all around Seventh Generation diapers are the best.
