Product Reviews of Seventh Generation Baby Wipes Refills, Chlorine Free and Unscented, 80-Count Packs (Pack of 12) (960 Wipes)Product Review: LOVE THESE WIPES!! Summary: 5 StarsMy son has very sensitive skin and these wipes are great. He has no problems with rashes when I use them, and the packaging makes them very easy to carry in his diaper bag.
Product Review: I really wish I loved these -- but they cause a rash Summary: 1 StarsWe never had any diaper rash issues when we used Pampers Sensitive (used for about 8 months). Then I found that 7th Generation had wipes, so I got them. Unfortunately, since switching, we've had diaper rash issues. They are not too bad if you wash them out with plain water, but even then, they seem to aggravate the skin.
Also, they smell very strange (in a bad way) and are generally not as good as the Pampers.
I wish I could like them, but we're going back to Pampers. 7th Gen really needs to change the formula they're using to address the rash issue.
Product Review: My favorite baby wipes! Summary: 5 StarsMy daughter has super sensitive skin and has struggled with a constant rash since she was born. I tried scent-free diapers and that helped but not enough. Then I tried the Seventh Generation diapers which are scent-free and chlorine-free. That helped a lot, but it wasn't enough. After trying several kinds of wipes I finally decided to give these a try, and lo and behold her rash cleared up within just a couple of days. These are nice and moist. They do smell a little strange as they aren't scented or bleached, but it's not a bad smell, just different. If your baby has a rash, try these, plus the diapers!
Product Review: These wipes clean- and don't pollute my kids! Summary: 5 StarsI switched to these wipes after I read that the Kirkland (Costco) wipes I previously used contained an ingredient that was rated 10 out of 10 for being a known neurotoxin (see www.cosmeticdatabase.com). Kirkland added 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1 -- a chemical that can easily produce nitrosamines if heated or exposed to an alkaline environment. Nitrosamines are known or suspected carcinogens and "therefore should be avoided in manufactured goods" (from Wikipedia). These Seventh Generation wipes are free of anything that could harm my children, and give me piece of mind. Not to mention they work just as well, if not better, at gently cleaning!
Product Review: This works! Summary: 5 StarsGreat product! I like that the fact that it doesn't leave the smell on baby like other wipes. Some non-scented wipes still have the diaper and the baby like they have used the bathroom
