Product Reviews of Seventh Generation Baby Wipes Refills, Chlorine Free and Unscented, 70-Count Packs (Pack of 12) (840 Wipes)

Product Review: Disappointed with recent packaging change
Summary: 2 Stars

These packages used to come 80 wipes per package. Now they are 70 per package. For a company whose brand touts strong consideration of their decisions on "the next seven generations", this is a decision that is hypocritical.

I would have preferred that they simply raise the price if they needed to. Packing fewer wipes in the same packaging is bad for the environment. When I order a case of this, I am getting 120 less wipes in the same amount of packaging (12 plastic packs and 1 cardboard container box). How is this good for the environment or for future generations?!

They should be putting more wipes in less packaging. Actions speak louder than words. In spite of its "seventh generation" branding, they are sending me a message that their brand more hype than substance.

I am totally sympathetic with their need to raise prices if they need to. But sneaking in an effective price increase by decreasing content in the same amount of packaging is bad.

Although I love their wipes, I am going to switch to another brand.

Product Review: Does the job without perfumes
Summary: 5 Stars

I really like that these baby wipes don't smell of perfume. I use the wipes for cleaning messy kittens, so a perfumey scent would actually be a problem. I don't feel that they are overpriced (and I go through a lot in a day), and they come from an environmentally responsible company, which is also good. I can't complain.

Product Review: Don't hesitate to purchase this item!

I am on baby number 3 (now 2 years old) and this is the first child with which I have used eco-friendly products. So I have experienced all the Pampers, Huggies, etc. This is the only line that I have consistantly recommended. I use the diapers as well and...well...for the first time, I almost NEVER have to use diaper creams! They say it is from the removal of the chemicals. I don't care. I just love my daughter not having to be slathered in white cream all the time. As far as the wipe, they are moist enough to clean stuck on "stuff" and thick enough to keep your hands clean in the process. They are not as luxurious as some of the other brands but they work and work well. Heaven knows my daughter has never complained! I HIGHLY recommend both these wipes and the diaper line.

Product Review: Don't waste money buying these wipes!!!!!
Summary: 1 Stars

I purchased these wipes recently and can't stand them. They are thin, dry and so small. I use 2 or 3 for the same job that I would usually use 1 of the pampers sensitive wipes. I wanted to throw them out but decide that I could use them after meals for hands and face cleaning instead of paper towels.

Product Review: Don't work
Summary: 2 Stars

I have always used Costco wipes and liked them. Online I saw these and thought I'd give them a try. I found that it was hard to wipe my kids bum with them because the individual wipe was so small, I ended up using more wipes to get the job done. I do like that the wipes come in a smaller package, to keep in the car, purse etc. I also throught that the wipe didn't wipe up much, the texture of the wipe didn't collect much poop. Anyways, for what my review is worth to someone, I'm going back to Costco wipes.
