I have been taking this product for about 6 months and have definitely seen some improvements. Specifically, I have had improved sleep and have noticed an increase in the thickness of my hair (especially my beard which was somewhat patchy). I have also lost about 10 lbs since I started taking it. My father has also tried it but did not see much difference. Also, other HGH products I have tried have affected me differently and didn't work as well. I think that this is typical based on what I have read on various forums. It is probably best to try several different products and find the one that works best for you.
