I take one pill an hour before bedtime. I'm asleep within minutes after lying down. I stay asleep, except for my usual bathroom call, then I'm back to sleep as soon as I hit the bed. I have had a lot more dreams, no nightmares.Product Review: Solid stuff.

I have a horrible time sleeping...and while this stuff is no miracle cure, I do sleep much better than usual. Sleep is more refreshing, comes easier, and is more rewarding. If you get 4-5 miserable hours of sleep a night, and you're looking to bump that up to six satisfactory hours, this stuff is for you, and you'll ultimately find it very satisfactory. But it should not be mistaken as a cure-all for sleep disorders.
Also note, vivid and annoying dreams *can* occur as a result of taking this product, especially if you're forced to sleep in an unusual or uncomfortable place.

I was to the point of moving into our guest room because of my husbands snoring, especially loud and more disturbing after he had a very busy day and in conjunction with his apnea I would lay there awake and constantly rock him when he stopped breathing. Neither of us getting much sound sleep. My friend gave me a bottle of Schiff and suggested I take it so I wouldn't hear his snoring. Well, I gave him a tablet when I took mine because it says for stress relief. He went to sleep and I read awhile, I kept reaching over just to make sure he was still breathing he was sleeping so peacefully. That was about 3 months ago. He still has a bad day ever so often but these things have worked for him and me. We take one tablet each every night, and there's no loud snoring around here.Product Review: Taking it with ADD and depression Medication

I have been having sleep issue since taking ADD medication & Antidepressant, I could not sleep without 5 pill of Advil or Advil PM or other sleeping Aid, therefore I gave Schiff a shot,.before using it I read some online article about that medication could cause or increase depression, I have been using it for 3 days so far
1- I was able to drift to sleep slowly after 30 Minutes of taking it, but still couldn't sleep therefore I took two regular Advil, after another 30 minutes I was in a deep sleep. before taking the Advil and after taking Melatonin while trying to sleep, I felt a little bet annoyed or depressed strange feeling inside me may be because I wanted to sleep but I couldn't
2- second night I took Melatonin by itself after 30 minutes i felt sleepy, after an hour from taking it I went to sleep, I was able to fall sleep immediately, I had a good night of sleep that night.
3- third night took melatonin felt sleepy after 30 minutes but since I was watching a movie with a wife I decided to stay up couple hours, then went to sleep like a baby. around 3am my 2 year old woke up crying, after putting her back to sleep, I was able to go back to sleep without a trouble.
I purchased this Melatonin from Club warehouse for $5 and some change, it is worth it for the price, its better than spending more than $12 on pain pm pills that sometimes don't work, and it is better and cheaper than taking prescription medication.
Might work for you and it might not, but I can say that it worked with me so far, the best part, I don't wake up in the morning feeling that I'm still sleepy and cant move because of PM pain pills or other sleeping aide. this medication I believe it will give your body the kick to go to sleep.
