Let me star by saying that I don't have any problem falling sleep I actually buy this for my mother who did have that problem. Sadly this pills dint do much for her. But since I already got them here I thought I'll give it a try. And boy are this good. I sleep so much better now plus the stress relief thing is really good too. I feel like walking on the moon. Normally I have a bit of a temper but now I am so relax and calm. Even friends and family notice the change. I only take one before bedtime (not every night) I'm sure this wont work on everyone since this pills do wonders on me but not for my mother.Product Review: Had this product's content checked in a biochemical lab

A friend of mine is an assistant professor at a university. He has kindly agreed to run an HPLC assay to validate melatonin content claims of several brands (look up "HPLC comparison test" tag for the other two products tested). The tablets appear to contain even 22% more melatonin than advertised. Since this was a single test, the actual amount of melatonin in the product may not be exactly that high but I infer from the results that each tablet indeed contains no less than 3mg of melatonin. Of course, other ingredients may somewhat influence bioavailability of the drug but basically the good news is that here you do get what you pay for.Product Review: Helpfull sleep-aid

I've tried some "alternative" meds; but not a fan. Huh? This was an impulse and desperate purchase; but it works, at least for me.
I suspect it's different strokes for different folks (under the tongue makes no difference for me) and this was my stroke of luck. Doesn't last long; but it gets me there.
Note that I say, "me." I'm not going to make any claims for you.

I hope this is 100% natural because it works better than sleeping pills. It helps me falls asleep and it doesn't give me the drowsiness affect the next day. I highly recommend this product.
