My cholesterol level was high about 5 months ago. When I was reluctant to take one of the prescription meds because of the side effects the Dr.suggested a fish oil. I started using Schiff® MegaRed(tm) Omega-3. After 3 months my cholesterol level dropped 100 points !!!. I just placed a new order for 2 bottles. I will watch to see if there is a difference in what I have been taking. I will be very disapointed if this is not the same.
