I used this serum three different times (three different scars) along with their silicone sheets...all from the same bottle. 1 tiny drop really covers alot of area. Accelerated the healing process even more. I used the serum when taking a break from the sheeet. (Silicone sheets 12 hours (usually at night...except for my daughter who used them during the day and drew on them with sharpies... serum when the sheets were off). For the surgical scar I actually used the serum under the sheet ONLY on the raised part of the scar. I left the surrounding skin clean with no serum on it so the sheet stuck on just fine. I noticed a faster change using it this way. I still have someleft that I keep in the medicine cabinet and use on the occassional pimple scar...10 out of 10, thanks
