Have used this product for the past 6 years whenever my arthritic shoulder flares up from weight work-outs. Makes the range of motion better and can sleep in good position on the bad shoulder. Wouldn't be without it on business trips or when planning on good exercise. Just be sure to wash your hands after you put it on as it does transfer to other body parts. One application continues working for about 2-3 days, especially after a hot shower or sweating from a good jog.
