Low cost insurance :). I purchased this as an immune system booster for my son. It is the only thing he actually does not complain about taking. Has a very good taste, not "medicinal". Does it work? I can only say that while other students were out with flu, my son remained healthy. I will continue to use it.Product Review: Sambucol is terrific!

Sambucol is a great product for preventing/lessening colds & flu if taken at first sign and continued for 10 days. I learned about it at a CEU for RNs. It is as effective as Tamaflu.
