I have big problems with nutrient absorption. At one point I was on tablet iron 6x/day. Nothing could bring my iron levels up. Someone recommended Floradix and this has been a lifesaver. Within a month my iron rose more than it did in the previous 6 months. I recommend this product to anyone with mild to.severe anemia. The taste is not as terrible as i expected, and can easily be washed down with a shot of OJ. I take this on a daily basis.
