This is a great product. It takes mostly like a mix of juices... with a slight vitamin taste. I just drink it straight and it's not a big deal at all. No stomach upset and absolutely no constipation. I was severely anemic and couldn't stomach many of the other iron supplements. Plus, I have a gastric band for weight loss with doesn't allow me to take bigger pills and inhibits my absorption slightly with pills. I will FOREVER take this product. I feel like a new person living life with iron levels and hemoglobin where it should be :)
