It is very reassuring to be able to more closely track yor baby's weight at home, especially since the pediatrician does not see the baby between newborn at 2 weeks and 2 months. The scale is consistent with the pediatrician's scale.Product Review: Great scale

We bought this when we were attempting breastfeeding as we got tired of having to go across town every few days for weight checks. It has been within 2-3 oz of our Dr.'s scale and we get to chart her growth on a more consistent basis.
We also took the tray off and let my 5 year old nephew try it. It worked great in that mode as well.
I'm not sure what else to say about a scale. Consistent and accurate.

We rented a scale for a month from my lactation consultant. Once we returned I went looking for one online. I loved this scale. It's not as nice as the rented one but that one costs almost $[...]k's. This one works just fine for trying to best guess the amount my daughter has taken in from breast milk.
