I like mechanical scales better than digital because mechanical scales are more accurate. This scale is spot on accurate and fits nicely in the corner of my bathroom. The face is large enough to read, too. I'm very happy with my Salter scale.Product Review: Great Scale

Step on any number of digital scales, and you'll get any number of digital readings. Which one is accurate? Try calibrating a digital scale. The Salter 200 is very easy to calibrate using the wheel under the bezel, and the large dial is easy to read with out bending over. The original reason I purchased this scale is it's the same one used by my doctor. Why only four stars? I wouldn't want the Salter people to stop trying! If your serious about monitoring your weight this product will not disappoint.Product Review: Great Scale

The scale came on time, and was easily set up. I find it to be accurate and to give reproducible results- something I have never found in a consumer level digital scale. I highly recommend this scale for anyone serious about following their weight!
