I have been using it for about a month, and it has helped me lose 10 pounds. It suppresses my appetite, and also gets rid of the bloat. I water it down a little more than the 500mL recommended, as it makes me feel a bit nauseous otherwise.Product Review: tastes really bad

This wasnt for me, the taste was ok, you got use to it. But after a week it just made me to lightheaded and nauseous to continue, i felt so sick i had to stop taking it.
