I have a very stuffy nose. I've taken all kinds of allergy meds and they don't help. Sudafed does, but I'd rather take something more natural. The first day I took this, I became extremely dizzy. The second day I took this, my ears stopped up where it was hard to hear - things were muffled. I'm guessing that my sinuses drained some, but draining into my ears isn't a good thing in my book.
I emailed the company and haven't received a response after a week. So, based on my experience and the lack of support from the company, I'm giving it a low mark. If I had heard back from the company, I would have given it 2 stars. If they had written something that made sense, I would have given it 3 stars. If I had any better results, I would be giving it 4 or 5 stars. Believe me, I HATE having nasal congestion. I want it to work, but this didn't help me at all.
