I showed my bottle of Seriphos to my doctor before taking it the first time. He said it can be stimulating to some people with insomnia. That's exactly what happened to me. I tried it at various times of day and ended up taking it 15 minutes before breakfast. That schedule worked wonders giving me really good quality sleep at night.
So just be aware you may need to make adjustments as to when you take it and enjoy sleep, wonderful sleep!

due to high cortisol at night time i couldn't fall asleep. prescription drugs had unacceptable side effects and herbals didn't help. seriphos quickly solved this problem within a few days. i continue to use it and it continues to do the job.
