These containers are much smaller than I had thought. I had to take the liner out to get five tablets in the container. When the medicine was switched to capsules, I could only get two capsules in the container. Might work for really small pills such as nitroglycerin. Not so great with most medicines if you need to carry more than a couple of pills. I switched to the large size and they work great.Product Review: Beautiful product

Clips onto a key chain or necklace. Sturdy, airtight and compact. Great for nitro tabs or tablets a bit larger. Reasonably priced and received before expected date. A must have for when you're away from home. The best all around purchase made at Amazon.
Warning: Do not leave out in the open or an easily access area. The six cases are shiny and colorful. Might be mistaken for a toy by curious children or pets.

For me, this product is a replacement for a different keychain pill case. These cases are much smaller and come in different colors, but I find that their construction is a bit cheaper. I have found the small removable interior tube to be too small for my purposes, yet using only the outer container often turns what was once a recognizable pill into a powder. Despite the fact that my pills are eventually eroded away by being jostled in this case, I continue to use it, and would recommend it to others.
