I bought this for my mother for christmas because she has severe arthritis and could not longer peel potatoes or apples for herself. I have since had to order one for her friend, and her brother has ordered one as well. She said it is the best product to come into her home. She uses it every day. I like to can applesauce pears, and almost enything I can get my hands on, espicially pears this is the best thing in the world to use. A BIG factor, don't let the pears get over-ripe. popatoes for a big holiday dinner......... wow no more pain, you'll get lots of help as kids love to use this. This is a wonderful concept, but very cheaply executed. It feels like it will easily break making it more of a disposible product than a tool to keep. In defense, I do have to say, it has not broken yet! Wish they would add a few more dollars to it's manufacture and make it more substantial. Also it does not peel the tops and bottoms at all.
With respect to purchasing and receiving the product, top notch!

The rotato express is similar to the old Dazey Stripper. It is of lesser quality , but works very well. You will find the peel is thicker than the old Dazey ,but,Operation is good
It was shipped from Taylor Gifts inc. in a timely manner and arrived in good condition.
Caution ; There is also another advertised without specifing the operation uses batteries/or adaptor. This one is cheaper but is hand operated with a crank.
