I'm pleased with this product. With that said, I can't say I notice it giving me any more energy than other brands, nor any less. I'm finding that after exploring several different brands of Rhodiola, I haven't noticed any performance difference between them. I'd advise you save your money and just buy Rhodiola Rosea locally at a health food store and save yourself some money on shipping...
