Yes it is a Medline but Amazon has the "Product Description" as a 300 lb. weight capacity , Medline won't accept the return because it was bought through "Amazon", they said to call Medline for returns so its just a run around from both parties,the unit appears to be very nice itself just wanted a higher weight cap.

This rolling walker has a padded seat, curved back rest and loop brakes for quick and easy stopping. It's easy to maneuver and folds for storage. Hand grips adjust to your height and measure 31 inches from floor in lowest position or 35 inches from floor in highest position. Pull on grips to stop, push to lock brakes. Seat is 12 x 12 inches and 20.50 inches from floor. Basket comes standard for convenient storage. Limited lifetime warranty on frame and six month warranty on handgrips, push buttons, brakes, casters, knobs, brake cable, back bar, upholstery, basket and any other wearable parts. Burgundy with a padded back. The unit weighs only 16 pounds and capacity of 225.50 pounds.Rolling Walkers
