I've always tried to avoid any "redness reliever" eyedrops because they tend to make my eyes even redder. But this product is different, it helps remove redness AND it lubricates the eyes to prevent dry eyes. The minty feeling is very refreshing and lasts for a minute or so. The drops do contain Naphazoline which removes redness by constricting blood vessels, so follow the directions and don't use it a lot or your eyes will get redder.
