My husband has years of problems with his lower back which necesitated him to sit rather than lie down, even when he sleeps. He has gone through a half dozen types of cushions. Because of the constant sitting, he has developed 'bed sores'. While we were treating the wounds, we found that nothing was comfortable for him. Our son looked up 'cushions' on the Web and found this air-pocket cushion that was made for truckers. On his advice, we ordered it. It took the full seven days to get here but after several tries of getting the air exactly correct, he has been able to sit much more comfortbly. Best of all, it is well built; the last cushion he tried, the best one that the pharmacy had, had to be replaced four times for bursting at the seams.
