This is so convenient, so easy to use and so practical! It really does the job. I use the calorie counter and instead of counting carbs I count ounces of water that I drink each day. It locks so you can't accidentally change your settings. I had read that it beeps but that is a small sound, really not intrusive and Yes I do use it at work. In addition, its a great bargain at that price. If you want to count your calories and do it in an easy, no hassle way, this is the gadget for you!! I just love mine.
