Opened it up and used it..the pieces on the right side didnt even work and were hard to move with my fingers much less by just breathing into it. Def not reliable.Product Review: important health tool

I have had asthma for many years and thankfully, my physician, recommended that I use one of these. A problem with having asthma is that you can't always tell when you're really having a problem, because your breathing is usually constricted ... so this breath meter helps you know when you're having a problem and when you're having anxiety. One thing to keep in mind, is that it is good to use this with your physician, so they can tell you what is ideal for you, and what number you should start worrying about and what number you should go to the emergency room.
This particular meter is super because it folds up pretty small and you can take it hiking or stick it in your purse ...
