After only two exercise sessions with the Power Ride DVD, I can honestly say that it is fun. Sandy Knight, the trainer, goes solo in this one and does a fine job of "show and tell" throughout the 30 minute class session.
I do not have the Resistance Chair Mini Bike but my Sunny Motorized Mini Bike works just fine with the chair and exercise program. She recommends Power Ride at least 3 times per week which fits into my low impact exercise program: the Resistance Chair, Leg Magic, dumb bell weights, and walking.
Healio Health packaged the disc well, shipped and delivered about a week before promised. Wonderful!
If you have the Resistance Chair and a mini bike, I totally recommend this Power Ride DVD in addition to the one that was shipped with the chair.
