I recommend trusting your own experience of flower essences. There are guides of what they are "supposed" to do. There are scientific studies that show no effect beyone that of a placebo. Not everything that is real can be measured in a lab or reproduced. Flower essences are not like a drug that you take that has a fairly predictable effect. Each person is going to be unique. What I do recommend is that you try and see if it helps. If it does help you, then forget what the materialists say. If not, move on to something else. One thing is clear. You should be able to tell the difference. If you can't, then this is not for you.Product Review: Calmed our high anxiety cat while traveling

We bought this as a last attempt to find something that would calm our very anxious cat while traveling in the car. We read that rescue shelters use it and they give the animals 2 drops. Our non-anxious cat was fine after having 2 drops (but he usually does okay anyway). However, the anxious one two drops did not help - over a period of about 1/2 hour we gave her around 8 drops. And during our 5 hour car ride, if she got upset again, we'd give her a couple more drops. This is the only product we have found that helps our cat calm down enough to travel. There also seem to be no negative side effects.Product Review: Didn't notice much of a difference.

I didn't notice much of a difference when I used this. I used it on a number of occassions (4 drops under the toungue) and it didn't really affect my nerves. Looking at the ingredients, it contains 27% alcohol along with all the other natural stuff so I wasn't sure how much of the herbs were working vs. the alcohol. I wouldn't disregard it as a possible solution, but for folks with true anxiety issues, I don't see this as a viable solution.Product Review: Didn't work for me

I experience anxiety at times and a general feeling of edginess. I was hoping this might be of help after reading many of the reviews here. I found no benefit whatsoever. I even doubled the dosage and no effect. Tried it before sleep as well, but no difference. Breathing techniques I find to be much more beneficial to bring a sense of calm on.
