If you're reading this, you may already know how well Bach's Flower Rescue Remedy works. The pastilles are a great addition to your Rescue Remedy arsenal.
The good thing about this version of the pastilles is they are a bit more flavorful than the first variety, the blackcurrant flavor really helps. They are chewable, pretty sturdy actually, but that keeps you from grinding your teeth in stressful situations.
I recommended these recently to a friend who was undergoing a medical procedure that she was terribly frightened over. In her opinion, the pastilles really did help. They're worth a try if you're under stress and need some relief.
