I liked this stuff because it was high in CFUs and had several different bacteria. I mixed it in Gatorade to mask the taste (OJ didn't work so well), which isn't so great. Decided to take it after taking antibiotics for six years for acne to try to replenish my flora and it definitely helped, but I think after taking it for 7 days it should be followed by more everday probiotics for maintenance at least for a little while to help keep the good bacteria up. I suppose it depends on your own reason for taking it, but I don't think it's a "cure" on its own.
