Product Review: Best I've Used For Short Hair

Used it three times, absolutely no trouble-- although I have my wife check the back and sometimes finish up. I could probably get by with a hand mirror.
I use the balding comb about once a month.
I have found the blades on conventional cheaper clippers go bad after a year or two. I have a Remington Titanium shaver that has stayed sharp for about three years and I hope this will hold up as well.
A product I like a lot!

This little clipping marvel is perfect for those who want to keep a close cropped style. The Shortcut worked as presented and comes with an internal rechargeable battery. No more trips to the stylist for a $13.00 haircut for a bald guy! No more trying to get my girlfriend to do it for me. The shortcut was fast and flawless. I too got a little closer shave than I anticipated because the settings are a little shorter than what I was used to with the number of the clipper at the stylists, so be conservative and use a higher number on the first round. This is a very sweet little unit. My mother is a professional hairstylist and has cut my hair all my life (44yr). Unfortunately, I don't get to see her as often as I'd like anymore and since I usually keep a short haircut I started to look for a product that could maintain my haircut. A little searching on the 'net yielded this beauty.
This unit does exactly what it advertises. I use a middle setting every week or so and my hair it cut to perfection for me. I also have a mustache and small beard and am able to keep it just as closely trimmed and neat with the Remington ShortCut.
Yes, it does take an overnight charge to get it working initially, but I can cut my hair several times on one charge and have never had it quit while I was in the middle of a cut.
My wife and mother have both commented on how good of a job the unit does to keep and maintain my haircut. It also is wonderful for trimming your neck below the hairline. Just set it to the lowest setting and that neckhair is gone.
The little trimmer that is on the top of the unit is neat for trimming the hair around your ears and also trimming up the corners of my beard.
All in all, a great product!

Holy Cow. I was skeptical about this thing at first. I was just like every other guy who wants a great haircut. First of all I only go to one barber because I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair. Mind you this is the same barber who's been cutting my hair since I was 5. I am 25 now and I thought with gas going up and shelling out $15 bucks every two weeks to get my hair cut I might try this guy to save some money.
Like I said I was skeptical at first but man I'm so glad I tried it. I like the fresh fade look. Some guys might call it a high and tight. I like my hair skin tight on the sides and the back with it getting a little bit longer on the top going from back to front. And when I say skin tight I mean it.
I didn't think this guy would cut that close but I was wrong. This thing cuts as close as you want it. The only thing that would cut closer would be a straight razor or a gillette fusion. There are two different guides you can use, with five different settings for lengths that you use a wheel on the handle to select.
I'm telling you this thing will save you money and time. In the time it would have taken me to drive to my barbershop 7 miles away I was done.
Say goodbye to the barber and hello to the green and the time you'll save with these clippers.

I have been cutting my own hair for the past 15 years and I have used a lot of different cutters -- but this one is the best by far. I must admit, I did not read the instructions when I first started using it, thus I made several mistakes cutting my hair. However, after reading the instructions and understanding the concept of this new type of cutter, I used it again and it worked like charm!
