I have had two of these things, and when they are working they are great, but the battery died on both units. Unfortunately you can't use it whilst it is charging, so it becomes completely useless. DO NOT BUY!

Works great, easy to use. I thought the battery wasn't holding a charge. It would slow down in just a couple of minutes of use and die within about ten minutes. It turns out it just needed to be cleaned. Once you clear the clippings, it goes right back to full power, lasts for up to an hour. I've used it for over two years. This is a great gadget to save cash, gasoline and time. It is however just for guys who like short hair. I find that the #2 setting is close but not too close for me. It leaves my hair about a quarter inch long. If you have a short flat top or just a short hair cut then it makes sense to migrate to this product. Don't misunderstand, you can't cut a flat top with it but if you are already wearing a close flat top (like I was) then you won't see much difference anyway. It does make a little mess with the falling hair clippings. My remedy for that is to just stand in my shower and use it once a week for about a minute and then turn on the water and take my usual shower. Got it today turned it on, cut my hair with it. It had the "balding comb" attached, perfect length. The balding comb cuts at 1/32" that info is only written on the side of the balding comb attachment, not on the instructions or box. The red low battery light was on, I still had plenty of power to get the job done. To be fair I don't have a whole lot of hair on top to slow it down. I did have a decent amount of growth where hair still grows. I've used other straight clippers, and to get a product engineered to the curve of the head GENIUS! It was faster and easier. If you need a new clipper and keep your hair super short, then get this. It will probably work fine for the other lengths as it says up to a half inch. I can't vouch for that. I can vouch for the "balding comb" it works great.
