If your head isn't perfectly shaped like a bowling ball you may be frustrated with these clippers. It leaves streaks like one other reviewer mentioned. It takes forever to fully charge. If you do decide to buy these I recommend you have a back up plan when the battery dies before your cut is completed.Product Review: Disappointed

I'll agree with the others who complained about the battery life. I've had this now for 8 months. It certainly never held the advertised 40 minute charge. Now, it can barely go 2 or 3 minutes. I gave it 2 stars because I liked the job that it did cutting my thinning hair when I first got it. However, until they fix the battery problem, it quickly becomes unusable and for that it deserves only one star.Product Review: Discontinued Product

This thing work ok, not great, just ok. It doesn't cut longer hair very well. If I've got a couple of inches of hair and want to cut to the highest setting (#4) it has alot of trouble. I've got to trim my hair down with scissors before it will cut the hair to the length I want. If you keep your hair very short and use this every couple weeks or once a month it works fine. The big drawback is the fact this this dumb thing refuses to charge after a very short time of owning it, within 3 months. I ordered a replacement and received one without hassle. Now a few months later and maybe 10 or 12 uses later the stupid thing won't take a charge again. I've tried it in multiple electrical outlets throughout my home. I can only come to the conclusion that this thing is made very cheaply and not built to last. The concept is nice but the implementation just doesn't live up. Look elsewhere for something better.
Edit: When calling the customer service number (6/1/10) about returning this product I was informed by the rep that this product has been discontinued. You can't make any money on a product that your customers are constantly returning.
