Customer Review: Doesn't quite "Cut-It"...

I've had this product for about a year (used it only when desperate). I purchased it at a local store for about the same price on Amazon. You should probably steer clear of this product, as it is difficult to get it to cut hair adequately with it's straight blade design. It often left hair a length that was still too long, but it couldn't cut due to it's design. It also smells kind of wierd, like a mix of mineral oil and raw steel. I'm going with a newer one today that landed in my gold box. Sorry Remington, it just didn't "Cut-It".
