The old Remingtons in years past were very good shavers, so I bought this one with confidence. However, after only about a dozen shaves the screeens were already full of holes worn in them. I was very gentle with this shaver and kept it very clean. There's no excuse for such a failure. I threw it away and didn't waste any more of my time with a company that I'm sure would place the blame on me. They fooled me once, and that's the only chance they're getting. For now I'm shaving the old fashioned way with a razor, and will probably continue to. The majority of electric shavers are ridiculously overpriced and are no comparison to the quality of shave you get with a real blade.
