I purchased this item for my husband as a gift. I was excited when it arrived and so was he. He followed the directions and realized the razor was NOT holding a charge, so he tried it again and had the same problem. We contacted the seller and had a problem with them. Amazon.com came through and took care of the situation. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone!
