I like this trimmer but don't love it. It does a decent job as a groomer, but the attachments don't impress me much.
The good points about this trimmer are that it can be used wet or dry, and that it does not tug or pull hairs that it trims. The not-so-good points are the basic uselessness of most of the attachments. After using this for over a month, the detail trimmer is the only attachment I use any more. The other attachments just don't seem to work as well.
The extensible handle and reversible blade attachments offer a lot of flexibility, the handle extension is too short to make much of a difference, and the shape of the unit is straight enough to render the reversible attachments a moot point. It isn't easy to groom the upper back with the vertical trimmer as I thought it would be; it just doesn't cut trim very well, and it is easy to miss large areas with it.
The detachable combs are too long and bulky to be useful. Nothing gets trimmed when I try to use them. Using the detail and vertical trimmers without the guards works pretty well, and the naked blades do not nick or scratch the skin.
