Product Review: Not that bad, better than crest whitening strips.

So I bought this whitening kit because I love Rembrandt's intense stain toothpaste.
When you open the kit you have to heat up water and dip in the mouth trays. This took me three tries and it was very simple. The directions say to cut off the tabs that you hold the trays with but personally I felt it was easier to keep the tabs on the mouth trays.
The procedure was a bit annoying but it went by really fast because I did it on a day I just sat home and watched TV. You leave the trays in for 20 minutes, take them out, rinse, wait 10 minutes, then repeat for a total of two hours. Honestly, not that bad.
The directions say not to put a lot of the gel into the mouth trays, and I didn't want to waste product so I emptied the entire small container into the tray. BIG MISTAKE. Once I bit down, all the gel oozed into my mouth. The taste was gross and it stung my gums. That was my bad for not listening to instructions! The second try, I used a lot less and it was fine. No gel spilled out into my mouth, no stinging or anything.
The end result was okay. Not as white as I wanted so I will probably end up doing another process the following week. They work a lot better than crest whiting strips and I'd rather do this for two hours, then spend two weeks whiting my teeth to get to the same shade of white. I recommend this if you don't mind investing the time to use the product!

I bought this product because I didn't like the Crest Whitestrips, and was hoping for a faster whitening method. At first I didn't use much of the gel, hoping to avoid any sensitivity. That whitened my teeth about one shade, if that, though at least I wasn't in pain. I tried it again about three weeks later because the whitening had already faded. This time I used the amount of gel recommended by the instructions. My teeth did not look any different afterwards, and I experienced some sensitivity. About eight hours later I had painful irritation on my gums. A lot of the gel in the trays gets pushed up out of the trays and onto your gums when you put them on, and if you don't wipe it off it can irritate your gums. Although the pain and sensitivity was minimal, especially compared to Crest Whitestrips, so was the whitening. I have only minimal coffee stains on my teeth and it couldn't remove those. I wouldn't recommend this product; save your money for something that works better.Product Review: 3 Stars
I first picked this up at a local store. I thought the price was cheap, and I needed the extra tooth whitening power. I also wanted fast results, so when I saw this package, I was excited at the opportunity to have whiter teeth in two hours.I got home, and I opened the box. I read the instructions, and they were easy enough. I formed my tooth impressions in each tray, and I put one small tube of whitener in each tray. I put it in my mouth, and began the whitening process.
The first time, I was able to hold the tray in for the whole twenty minutes. I rinsed, and waited ten minutes, and then I repeated the cycle. The second time, I noticed that my gums were very sensitive. I made it to about fifteen minutes. The third time, I got to about ten minutes, and I was in a great deal of pain. My gums were sore, sensitive, and the parts near my gum line were white. The last time I only made it to ten minutes, and I was in a lot of pain. My teeth hurt very badly. I put some ice in my mouth after I had rinsed the gel out, and that helped.
The gel did work. My teeth were never horribly yellow, but I had some stains from increasing my coffee intake. This whitener works. My teeth were noticeably whiter after the use. I am sure that if I had been able to stand the pain for the whole cycles, my teeth would have been very white.
Overall, this product does work, but man, beauty sure does hurt. I would recommend this if you are going to need white teeth in a hurry, like for an event. But if you don't use the strips instead.
Product Review: OUCH!

I have tried other products before and this one gets the whitest results the fastest. HOWEVER, I was in so much pain about 5 hours afterwards that it even hurt to swallow Advil. I used Sensodyne and a flouride mouthwash to try to help, but nothing seemed to work. The taste isn't bad and I used the bleach with my own trays that I had made by my dentist, so it didn't leak out or touch my gums. My teeth weren't sensitive while I was using it or even right afterwards, but later in the day. If you have sensitive teeth, I do not recommend this product unless you are willing to go through the pain.Product Review: OWCH

I did exactly what they said I even put cotton on my gums so they wouldn't get the whitening gel on them and my teeth did not become any whiter. I waited ten minutes in between each application like they said and my gums still hurt and became white and hard. Not white all over just around the teeth and spots on the gums. It was not worth it because it didn't work and it hurt a lot.
