A great change in my arthritis and foot problems from the first time I used. I am now able to go grocery shopping without paying a big price in pain, get to sleep easily, and sleep much better. It does have to be used daily though for the best results. My son has Autism, he gets on the massager for 15 or 20 minutes when he gets home from school each day,and it has helped him a lot in focusing and being able to stay calm. product arrived perfectly..however about the third time i used it...something came loose inside the product and started shaking uncontrollably and it became very, very, very, very loud..like it had been possessed or something...i don't know what happened...i only used it twice before for very minimal, then all of a sudden the other night i used it and it just seemed like ever since that 'thing' that came loose on the inside, it was shaking out of control and extremely, extremely loud...wouldn't recommend...the cost/shipping of the product is not worth it...it still works..its just extremely, extremely loud.
