Product Review: I sleep better; my spouse sleeps worse

...because this thing works for me. I have trouble staying asleep. I wake frequently, and feel just awful come morning. Well, I saw an article about this in the Boston Globe (somehow missing the part that it was aimed primarily at balky kids) and ordered it. Here's the verdict: I still wake often in the night, but the quality of my sleep is much improved and I'm at least semi-rejuvenated come morning. Whatever's going on here seems to make me sleep more soundly for the time that I am under, and frankly, I'll take it.
A footnote: I confess I'm looking forward to the more age-specific products that I've been told are forthcoming, because, to be perfectly honest, I feel like a damn fool when "Lullaby and Good Night" starts playing...

My 7 yr. old son routinely had problems falling asleep, often laying awake for several hours after going to bed. This problem stopped immediately after we started using the RealSleep CD when he went to bed. He will now start the CD before climbing into bed and listening to the music has become the final step of his nighttime routine. Our 11 year old daughter has always been a bad sleeper. We tried everything - and nothing worked. Every night we'd put her to bed at 8 and every 20 minutes she'd appear downstairs and we'd take her back upstairs and tuck her back in. Finally, around 11, she'd go to sleep. But then at least twice a night she'd be standing next to our bed saying 'I can't sleep'.
We'd been using a sound machine for years when we tried RealSleep, so we didn't expect a lot. But the first night we used it, she went to bed at 8 and didn't get up once until we woke her for school. We were afraid it was a fluke but it kept working. We'd put it on repeat and play it all night and everybody would get a good night sleep. Now, even when she doesn't use it, she still sleeps well. It's like it taught her how to relax into sleep.
It's a great product. We love it.

I often get anxious and have trouble falling sleep. I tried this CD on the recommendation of a friend. Next thing I knew, it was morning and I was refreshed! I do not understand how it works, but it does. Try it!
