Product Review: Good but effects are subtle

I've chronic neck ache probably due to sitting in front of the computer for long hours and was hoping this product would alleviate the ache. I use it almost every other day for around 15min at a time. It does feel comfortable, but I don't feel my muscles being stretched enough. There is some loosening of tension at the neck region but in my case, it seems to make little difference.

Real Ease pillow works. I like that it helps release the tightness/tension in upper back just below the neck. Only minor complaint is can take a minute find just the right placement. I'm sure that is partly user error and will figure it out with use.

I bought this hoping to reduce the number of chiropractor visits I make. Sadly, this did not help much. It does help relax the head & neck & shoulder muscles. Which after along day typing at a computer - can be a welcome relief.

I wouldn't say this product does anything beyond aiding in muscle relaxation. It didn't do anything to help when I need a real adjustment from the chiropractor.

So if you want something to help those tight shoulder & neck muscles at the end of a long day, this will help. I wouldn't use it for any other purpose.

I like this when I am listening to music through headphones, on my back, with nice support under my head and neck. Not a miracle product, but my neck pain was never chronic, just annoying.
