I'm no dentist, and I have no desire to play one on TV, but I'd have to say this is the best alternative to manual flossing I've seen, and it even beats the great-concept-but-poorly-design portable "oral irrigators" made by Panasonic and Waterpik.
Extremely easy to use, you just snap a disposable flooser unit (a U-shaped piece of plastic that holds the string) into the head of the handle, and get to work. Unlike some other similar (and slightly cheaper) products, the string does NOT break, even when used in tight areas. The handle is easy to hold and reaches easily back into the molars. There's also a power unit that vibrates slightly, and, as of this writing costs almost the same; however, I have not tried it.
