Product Reviews of Razor Jr. Folding Kiddie Kick Scooter (Pink)Product Review: too slow for three year old Summary: 1 StarsThis scooter has wheels that don't turn freely when a child is riding it. My three year old son can't even coast down a slight grade without having to push to prevent from coming to a stop. If he is on a level grade or going up any kind of incline the effort to push the scooter is restrained by the "genius" design of sticky bearings that prevent the wheels from turning. I tried to get this issue resolved with Razor and they were rude and demeaning. In fact I'm giving away a twice used model if you're interested. You're better of putting your kid on a piece of plywood with square wheels than buying this POS.
Product Review: Fun. Summary: 4 StarsThis scooter is good exercise and fun as well. It folds up to store when not in use and is very durable.
Product Review: Folding scooter Summary: 4 StarsMy three years old nephew was very happy with this scooter when he got it as a birthday gift. Good quality product and convenient for little ones who cannot use two wheels scooter yet.
Product Review: Scooter fun Summary: 4 StarsI was very pleased with the easy assembly of this product. The problem is that the handle is not adjustable and although my son is 4 he is a little taller than most 4year olds. He still rides it though and has a great time on it.
Product Review: No go for the kick Summary: 2 StarsI bought this product for my fairly coordinated 3 1/2 year old boy, who had a very difficult time making the scooter go. Even down our driveway, which has a fairly decent pitch, and a smooth surface, the scooter still manage to stop with my 45 pound boy on board. My boy wants to go, go, go, and despite all his best efforts, this scooter wouldn't let him. If your child has energy, and wants to roll, this is probably not the scooter for her.
This product is probably best suited for the child who is more on the cautious side, and might be frightened by the scooter that rolls away from them. I wish I would've read the reviews that warned about the slow rolling nature of this scooter.
