These batteries are only rated at 2100mAH of power and do not work effectively in a digital camera. On a full charge I was only able to shoot off about 10 pictures with my HP camera. RayOvac sent me replacement batteries, which did the same thing. I even used a different charger with the same outcome.Product Review: Rayovac Re-chargeable Hybrid batteries

The charger works fine but the batteries are not performing as stated. First they died right away when put into use. after recharging
they really didn't give the expected life or use. Hmm maybe thats why you don't see them in the stores!

I purchased my rayovac batteries after looking at some reviews on the net. Someone did an experiment (for over 5 months) comparing all the hybrid batteries available and his conclusion was that all the hybrid batteries he tested (regardless of brand) had the same performance and running time. I purchased this set and tried it on my S700 digicam and I'm pleased to report to you that these batteries work great and really, really, really last long. I use my camera 6-7x/month and I only charged these batteries 3x during the past 9 months. It worked so well I purchased another set for my brother. So far, no complaints here.
